Mini compressor is defined as a refrigerated compressor with a cooling capacity of less than 1 kW. Our mini compressors are a type of Variable Speed, Inverter Mini Rotary BLDC Compressor. It features ultra-compact, lightweight, more efficient, outstanding capacity, and reliable. The mini compressor is not only utilized in many active thermal management solutions, its distinct characteristic also makes it ideally suited for mobile and off-grid refrigeration and air conditioning applications where weight and space are critical.
The mini dc compressors are designed for connection to 12/24/48V DC power supplies and are compatible with various current and most refrigerants, and most of the upcoming low GWP refrigerants. They can be used in a wide range of evaporator conditions and in LBP, MBP, and HBP systems. Plus, our sine wave drive controller provides variable speed (1,800~6300rpm) and high coefficient of performance (COP) > 3.2 W/W.
The miniaturized refrigeration compressors are quiet( < 42dB) and have low energy consumption. They run in conditions where battery, vehicle, grid, or solar power is available as a direct current electrical source. They can also be operated off of AC with the use of an AC-DC power supply.

Other current models’ cooling range from 305W to 1198W under standard ASHRAE conditions using a brushless motor configuration.
