Nowadays, miniature dc refrigerated compressors are widely used by many small and portable cooling systems and small-footprint countertop applications where weight and space are critical. And the requirements for micro cooling solutions are increasing in the current market because of their multifod advantages.

1. Compact

The miniature dc compressor is close to a palm size and can case and weighs low to 720g(including the lubrication oil). It is lightweight and compact, ideal for portable or mobile thermal management applications where space and weight are critical.

By comparison,  the miniature refrigeration compressor is 1/10th the volume and weight of conventional Reciprocating dc compressor in the current market which is larger, heavier, and low capacity.

2. Efficient

Don’t be fooled by the compact size of the compressor. The miniature cooling systems that take advantage of vapor compression technology can perform the most cooling efficiently against other cooling technology.

A typical micro cooling system can produce twice as much cooling power it consumers in power depending on the operation conditions. The most common competing technology is the thermoelectric-based Peltier devices, which draw at least 2 times more power than it provides in cooling, or at least 4 times more power than a vapor compression system under the same operation conditions.

3. Reliable

The miniature rotary dc compressor can be easily installed into small cooling systems and can be well performed in hot and cold environments. The performance of the micro cooling units depends on the supporting pump, coolant, and fans, but they can offer high cooling capacity and can perform at ambient temperatures high to 55°C. The brushless motor compressor-based technology enables it to achieve the task under extreme conditions. Also, the mini-chilled systems can be unbeatable when it comes to dealing with changing climatic changes and vibrations under harsh off-road conditions. With the strong constructions, the unit can work continuously for 5 years above 50°C, max 81°C condensing temperature.

4. Powerful

The mini compressor is a variable-capacity dc compressor driven by a drive board. It is a new type of innovative compact compressor. Though the size is compact and lightweight, the max. the cooling capacity it produced can be up to 800W(2800Bth) by the drive board. The drive board is continuously speed-controllable with the frequency of the sine wave signal, providing ±0.1 precise control of the temperature. Thus, it features low noise, and little vibration, ideal for clinic, hospital, and school applications.

5. Custom

The mini inverter compressor can be utilized to integrate into different customized small dc cooling systems for different operation conditions. We developed a standard chiller module that integrates into the customer’s chiller, or directly into their assembly. While the standard module cannot meet each client’s unique requirements.
