MOIR DC chillers are designed to operate on direct currect 24V, 48V voltage. The mini chillers operate in conditions where battery, vehicles, wind or solar power are available as direct current electrical sources, and minimize loss of electricity. They also can be operated off of AC with the use of an AC-DC power supply.
The benefits of using a mini water chiller is obvious. It include its small size, efficient cooling performance, low noise operation, easy installation and high efficiency. The small cooling unit can also provide precise temperature control and help improve the reliability and longevity of the equipment or process being cooled.
Our DC liquid cooling unit is a compressor recirculating subsystem. It provides only the core refrigeration components( mini compressor, condenser, capillary, evaporator), allowing end users to easily integrate into their systems.
While our chillers are primarily designed for cooling, they can be configured for heating applications by resersing the refrigeration cycle. Please consult with our engineering team to discuss your heating requirements.

Air cooling and liquid consist of the same significant components( compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator). The main difference between these two systems is the refrigerated cooled way.
Air-cooled chillers use ambient air to remove heat from the refrigerant in the condenser before condensing and recirculating. In addition, a fan connected to the unit helps to speed up the cooling process. They have lower cost, louder noise, and can remove humidity as well as heat.
Liquid chillers use water in an external pump to cool the gaseous refrigerant in the condenser. After heat is removed, the refrigerant undergoes a phase change and becomes a liquid, which is recirculated back into the system. Water-cooled chillers are usually more efficient and have lower noise and higher heat transfer rates.
