MCU600 plate small cooling unit is a 600 watts (temperature-dependent) refrigeration circuit that is employed in a wide range of demanding applications across medical, industrial, emobility, laser, laboratory equipment and transport refrigeration. As a self-contained water loop cooling system, the small chiller unit assembles the core refrigerated components into a package, consisting of mini DC compressor ( with drive), condenser,  capillary, and plate type evaporator. The compressor-based mini chillers are compact, lightweight, powerful and efficient refrigeration engines. When properly installed, the chiller utilizes vapor compressor technology to cool a circulating coolant. 
 
With low power consumption, this circulatory cooling subsystem is particulary the smallest and best solution for thermal applications to keep stable operation and long-life. The water cooling chiller is driven by 24V, 48V DC power supply, enabling the integrators to operate the systems in conditions where battery, vehicles, wind and solar are available, minimizing loss of electrity

How MOIR Mini Cooling System Work?

The liquid chiller module is the core of the variable speed, vapor-compression chiller system. When the small chiller unit is properly installed, it uses vapor compressor technology to cool a circulating coolant.  The compact cooling module forms the heart of a liquid refrigeration system consisting of a compressor, evaporator, condenser, drive board, and other electronic parts.  An additional pump, reservoir, and control signal are required.  The heart of the cooling system is the mini compressor. Today, the mini dc rotatory compressor is widely used by many small and portable cooling systems.
 
Vapor compression circulatory refrigeration is a process that uses phase change heat transfer.  In the refrigeration cycle system, the compressor absorbs low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator and raises it to high-temperature, high-pressure by reducing the volume of the vapor. This vapor enters the condenser where heat is removed to the cooling medium(such as water, air, etc.). The high-temperature, high-pressure liquid exists in the condenser and enters the throttling device, where it undergoes a pressure drop.  The low-temperature refrigerant coming out from the throttling device flows into the evaporator where it is exposed to the heat source.  The heat from the source boils off the refrigerant through phase change heat transfer and the low-temperature, low-pressure vapor then enters the compressor completing the cycle.
