While throughout the duration of the treatment, the medical equipment including lasers often becomes very hot and results in discomfort, skin irritation, or uneven cooling distribution. A form of effective cooling solution to maintain optimal thermal management is crucial. The traditional cooling methods, thermoelectric and refrigeration-based or liquid chillers have been applied to make the patient feel cool during treatment but they are large structures and cost much to install and operate.

 The widespread thermoelectric cooling system is relatively compact, but it has a high power consumption and limited cooling capacity.    Its cooling performance effect is dependent on the ambient temperature which makes matters complicated.

 The miniature cooling system consists of the core refrigeration components(miniature rotary compressor, smallest plate evaporator, micro-channel condenser, and capillary) and the condenser fan, drive board, and wire harness.   All components are integrated into a unit and mounted on a metal chassis.    Because of the compressor laser chiller compactness, the customers can easily integrate the unit into their medical device and handle the coolant circuitry with their master controllers.

  • Compact:  Based on our own variable-speed, miniature compressors, we provide the smallest packaged cooling solutions with the highest capacity.
  • Powerful:  While our thermal units are small, often less than a shoebox, our cooling capacity is not. Powered by our compressor, our compact systems deliver capacity greater than system 10 times their size.
  •  Efficiency:  Moir’s mini chiller, with high efficient, twin-cylinder compressor, has demonstrated higher efficiency than any other compact thermal solution on the market
  •  Eco-friendly:  This small, robust and eco-friendly DC cooling unit applies natural R290 as a refrigerant, a non-toxic gas with zero ODP and very low GWP, has no impact the environment.
 
 
Adapting our patented speed control drive board coming along with the speed adjustable compressor, the customers could directly control their cooling system and precisely regulate the temperature as desired. Our thermal chillers are small, yet, our cooling effect is not. Driven by our twin-motor variable mini refrigeration compressor, our compact cooling units deliver greater capacity 2 times while consuming up to 5 times power less than thermoelectric coolers.
